Three members of the Intelligence Service Unit under the Intelligence Service Armed Forces of the Philippines (ISAFP) were killed in an ambush in Lamitan City, Basilan, Monday evening.

Initial police reports state that the victims were on board a plateless gray van when unidentified armed men opened fire at them along the road of Barangay Baimbing.
