Anthony Aberin.“This operation is a strong reminder that no one is above the law. Our assurance is that NCRPO will pursue justice without fear or favor, ensuring accountability for everyone,” Aberin said in a statement.In an affidavit, a woman accused the suspects of sexually abusing her in Caloocan on April 6, 2019, Northern Police District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) chief PLtCol. Alain Licdan said. The suspects have filed a motion to quash the arrest warrant and information, saying the allegation was fabricated and “politically motivated”. They were brought to the NPD for documentation ang processing.
