Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) General Manager Nicolas Torre III on Thursday said he had no plans yet to run in the 2028 elections.</p><p>Torre made the statement after his photo appeared on posters of a party-list group, which were displayed in provinces.</p><p>&quot;Ako&#x27;y natutuwa na may mga entities na naniniwala na ang mukha ko ay epektibong pang-attract ng etensya sa road safety,&quot; he said.</p><p>&quot;I want to clarify and categorically state na di ako kasali sa production and distribution and mounting of those posters.
