Panfilo &quot;Ping&quot; Lacson criticized the &quot;minority report&quot; presented earlier by Senators Imee Marcos and Rodante Marcoleta, stressing it belongs nowhere &quot;but the trash bin&quot; after supposedly failing to adhere to process of presenting amendments to the panel.</p><p>In a release, Lacson said the document signifies &quot;disrespect&quot; towards the Blue Ribbon Committee and the entire Senate.</p><p>He added that he did not even read the report.</p><p>&quot;How will I respect a document that symbolizes disrespect towards the Blue Ribbon Committee and the entire Senate?&quot; he said.</p><p>&quot;They are members of the committee but now they are nitpicking our hearings.
