<div style="text-align:center"><iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/hEZ-W4jczXw?si=cT-Jpmu8UH9GqHPP" title="YouTube video player" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe><br/></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA — Senate President Pro Tempore and Blue Ribbon Committee Chair Panfilo “Ping” Lacson on Monday silenced skeptics and hijackers “who exploit the vulnerabilities and anger of our people” amid the ongoing investigation in the multi-billion peso flood control corruption scandal.</p><p>“As the chairman of this committee, I say to you, shut the f up,” Lacson said as the Blue Ribbon Committee hearing on the issue began Monday afternoon.</p><p>“Your noise will not silence the truth, neither does it provide any help in the investigation.
