I don’t know how to phrase it without giving too much away so let’s just wait what he has to say,” he said.</p><p>Asked if the public should express another surprise announcement similar to the<a class="fr-strong fr-green" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/7/22/marcos-jr-orders-pogos-to-cease-operations-by-end-of-year-1603"> total ban</a> on Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations that punctuated the speech in 2024, Rep.
