PPCRV Spokesperson Ana De Villa Singson said they have received 2,314 printed election returns (ERs) as of 1:40pm of May 13, 2025. The ERs came from some cities in Metro Manila.

The spokesperson added that there could be more ERs to come but delivery was halted due to the heavy rains Monday night.

This translates to 2.48% of the 93,287 precincts across the country. One ER is for one precinct. Singson added that she hopes ERs from Visayas and Mindanao will arrive in the coming days.

Volunteers at the PPCRV Command Center in Manila are now verifying the contents of the printed ERs. Unlike in previous years, there is less typing now compared to the previous years as QR codes are incorporated in the ER.

This also comes as Singson said PPCRV has received nearly 98% of transmitted ERs. Early Tuesday, Singson said they cannot access around 18% of ERs which prompted them to seek help from Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia.
