MANILA — The Commission on Elections officially declared Egay Erice as the Caloocan City 2nd District representative-elect on Tuesday, May 13.

The city board of canvassers totalled 105,363 votes for Erice, beating the incumbent congresswoman Mitch Cahayon-Uy, who fell short with 75,719 votes.
