Groups may register again or register under a different name. </p><p>“We extend our deepest gratitude to the thousands of Filipinos who voted for and stood with Bayan Muna in the recent elections. In the face of overwhelming odds, your votes are not just numbers—they are declarations of resistance, solidarity, and hope for genuine change,” the party-list said in a Facebook post Tuesday, May 13.</p><p>Bayan Muna had been representing ordinary Filipinos at the House since 2001, often as a member of the minority bloc and of the political opposition.</p><p>The party-list consistently won seats until the 2022 elections, where they received only 0.60% of total votes.   </p><p>An attempt to return to the lower chamber in 2025, saw Bayan Muna ranking 76th with 0.39% of votes, according to partial, unofficial results based on 97.28% of election results.</p><p>&quot;Our commitment to serve the Filipino people continues—inside or outside Congress. The struggle for land, wages, rights, and justice cannot be confined within parliamentary walls,&quot; Bayan Muna said.  </p><p>&quot;Hindi natatapos sa halalan ang laban.
