MANILA — Incumbent Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon is poised to serve his second term.

Biazon, who ran unopposed for mayor, got 203,680 votes as of 10:47 p.m., based on 76.11 percent of election returns.

Phanie Teves leads the vice mayoral race with 122,132 votes, followed by Allen Ampaya with 86,522 votes.
