MANILA — Parañaque 1st District Rep. Edwin Olivarez is leading the mayoral race in his city.

Based on partial and unofficial results from the Commission on Election’s vote count, and from 73.88 percent of election returns, Olivarez got 134,784 votes as of 10:37 p.m.
