The lawyer's proposal followed the arrest of Russian YouTuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy for allegedly harassing security guards and stealing an industrial fan from a restaurant while livestreaming at a mall in Taguig City on March 31.

Acain noted that many content creators nowadays pull off tricks, or "something stupid," to attract massive views that translate to more earnings, sometimes at the cost of disrupting public peace and order.
