The top graduates of the PNPA “Sinaglawin” Class of 2025 face the media ahead of their commencement rites on Tuesday in Camp Mariano Castañeda, Silang, Cavite. “Hindi kaila sa inyo ang maraming hamon na kinakaharap ng ating kapulisan. Mayroong mga kasapi nito ang naligaw ng landas at nakalimot sa sinumpaang tungkulin. Gayunpaman, buo ang aking pananalig sa galing, dedikasyon, at kakayahan ng ating Pambansang Kapulisan na linisin, pagtibayin, at patatagin ang propesyonalismo sa hanay nito,” Marcos said.

Leading this year’s graduates is Cadet Marc Joseph Vitto, who hails from Oriental Mindoro.

In his speech, Vitto vowed to continue to carry on the virtues of justice, integrity, and service as they begin their professional careers in the PNP.

Aside from graduating class valedictorian, Vitto also received the Presidential Kampilan, Journalism Kampilan, Best in Forensic Science, and Best in General Education awards.

The members of the PNPA Sinaglawin Class of 2025 will be the first batch of graduates that will be exclusively assigned to the PNP organization instead of the tri-bureau service (PNP, BFP, BJMP) following the enactment of an amendatory law that transferred the organizational control and management of the PNPA from the Philippine Public Safety College to the Philippine National Police.
