MANILA — The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said it placed 10 personnel in restrictive custody following a viral social media post that accused them of irregularities during an Oplan Galugad operation.

In an April 12 operation, the QCPD said personnel from the Barangay Holy Spirit police station arrested 5 men for illegal gambling.

All personnel involved in the operation were relieved from their posts and were placed under the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU) for investigation.
