The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) last week filed complaints against Lambino and Duterte Youth party-list chairman Ronald Cardema for allegedly spreading the fake news.

Lambino reportedly made the statement during a Facebook Live broadcast on March 11, where he claimed that a TRO had been granted by the Supreme Court in response to a petition filed by Duterte's legal team.
