MANILA — The Philippine National Police urged the public to report candidates and their supporters who would flout the Commission on Elections’ ban on campaigning this Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.

“The public is encouraged to report violations to the nearest police station or reach out through the PNP’s social media channels and hotlines,” it said.

The PNP added that it was working closely with Comelec and would deploy teams on the ground to monitor compliance to campaign guidelines.
