"We have received reliable information indicating that certain individuals are fraudulently posing as officers of the PAOCC. These individuals are involved in illegal activities, including extortion and what are commonly known as 'hulidap' schemes," PAOCC said in a statement.

3 Chinese suspects arrested
The PAOCC said the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) recently arrested three Chinese nationals linked to an extortion scheme.
