Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Director Major General Nicolas Torre said he has "seen worse," when asked Thursday (March 13) for his reaction to Veronica "Kitty" Duterte cursing him during the arrest of her father former president Rodrigo Duterte.

"Ayos lang 'yon. I've seen worse. Kaya kumapal ang balat ko, sanay na 'to sa mura, e," he said.

In a video posted by Kitty on her Instagram account on March 11, she was heard cursing Torre while he explained the flight arrangement of the former chief executive. The video appeared to have been recorded by Kitty.

Torre, who was speaking with Duterte's camp but not directly to Kitty, said Thursday he understood the heightened emotions during that situation.

"Natural, pagbigyan na natin. Bata pa, bata pa. Marami pa siyang maiintindihan sa mundo pagdating ng panahon," he said.
