MANILA — Re-electionist Sen. Christopher Go and ACT-CIS Party-List Rep. Erwin Tulfo emerged as the top preferred Senate candidates in a February survey released Thursday by Pulse Asia.

Pulse Asia said 13 of 64 senatorial candidates had a “statistical chance of winning” if the elections were held last month.

It said Go and Tulfo shared the first and second places with a voter preference of 58.1 and 56.6 percent, respectively.
