MANILA (UPDATED) — The National Bureau of Investigation has filed three more falsification complaints against dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo faces before the Department of Justice on Tuesday.

NBI spokesperson Ferdinand Lavin said the complaints stem from Guo's purchase of three parcels of land in Sual, Pangasinan using her supposed fake identity.

Authorities claim that Guo's is Guo Hua Ping and that she is a Chinese national who moved to the Philippines in her youth.

"In the acquisition of these properties sinabi ni Alice Guo siya si Alice Guo, that she is a Filipino citizen, when, in fact, we were able to establish she is Guo Hua Ping and she is a Chinese citizen and not a Filipino citizen," Lavin said.

The NBI also filed human trafficking complaints against 11 officers and employees of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp., including a certain Atty. Jayson Masuerte.

He said the Pagcor officers personnel were supposed to monitor the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations hub Zun Yuan Technhology in Bamban "but they allowed the operations of scamming activities at the backend of the POGO operations."

The NBI has already coordinated with the Civil Service Commission to file administrative charges against the involved employees.
