MANILA — A court has ordered Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy’s transfer back to Pasig City Jail by February 12, his lawyer said Thursday.

Quiboloy was brought to a hospital in Pasig on January 18 due to coughing and difficulty in breathing. He was later diagnosed with “community acquired pneumonia”.

Quiboloy, 74, was detained on charges of qualified human trafficking and sexual abuse, which he claimed were fabricated by disgruntled members of his religious group.
