MANILA -- Eight out of 12 senatorial bets of the Marcos administration made it to the top 12 of a new pre-election survey of independent public opinion research firm WR Numero.

Holding the first spot is ACT-CIS Partylist Rep. Erwin Tulfo with 46.5%, followed by Sen. Lito Lapid on the 2nd - 4th spots with 37.1%.

The survey was done through face to face interviews with 1,814 Filipino adults nationwide with a plus minus 2 % margin of error and 95% confidence level.
