MANILA -- Former senator Antonio Trillanes filed on Monday a supplemental affidavit before the National Prosecution Service of the Department of Justice against Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo Duterte and nine others.

In July last year, Trillanes filed the complaints in relation to the controversial P6.4 billion shabu haul in Valenzuela City in 2017.

Included in the complaints are Duterte’s brother-in-law Atty. Mans Carpio and former Customs chief Nicanor Faeldon.

Trillanes said the supplemental affidavit contains the pieces of evidence used by prosecutors to convict alleged Bureau of Customs fixer Mark Taguba twice over the P6.4 billion shipment from China.

Trillanes also noted that also included in the supplemental affidavit are the individual affidavits of Taguba and former BOC customs intelligence officer Jaime Guban.
