"Estrada was about 20 days? Nagconvene agad yung trial. Merceditas Gutierrez was about one month and a half. Max na yung one month and a half. Kay Justice Corona was about three weeks, four weeks. So ibig kong sabihin, ang forthwith pwede naman one month or one month and a half. Pero huwag naman five months. Hindi na forthwith yan pag five months yung delay. And anong reason for delay? Kasi ang ibig sabihin ng forthwith, without undue delay," he said.
