MANILA — The number of Filipinos who are "very happy" with their love life is at a "record-low" 46 percent, the Social Weather Stations said.

In a survey released Tuesday, SWS said that the number was 12 points down from 58 percent in December 2023, noting that 46 percent was the lowest in 20 years since it was first reached in 2004.

The pollster also revealed that most Filipinos express their love and affection through acts of service such as cooking a meal, running errands, helping with chores, or fixing things around the house "even without being asked."
