MANILA — ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo remains the top Senatorial candidate as of January 2025, according to the latest survey by Pulse Asia released Monday.

Of the 66 senatorial candidates, 14 would have a "statistical chance of winning if the May 2025 polls were held during the survey period," Pulse Asia said.

Currently in the lead is Tulfo, whose overall voter preference was at 62.8 percent, which translates to a statistical ranking of 1st place. 

At 2nd place was Sen. Christopher Go, with 50.4 percent, while at 3rd and close behind him was former Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III with 50.2 percent.

Ben Tulfo, brother of Erwin and incumbent Raffy Tulfo, was at 4th place (46.2 percent). Next to him are reelectionists Sen. Pia Cayetano, with 46.1 percent, and Sen. Ramon Revilla Jr. with 46.0 percent.

Meanwhile, Sen. Imee Marcos (43.4 percent) and former Sen. Panfilo Lacson (42.4 percent) both have a statistical ranking of 4th to 12th places, according to the Pulse Survey. 

Completing the list of probable winners are Willie Revillame, Sen. Ronald dela Rosa, Makati City Mayor Abby Binay, Manny Pacquiao, Rep. Camille Villar, and Sen. Lito Lapid.

Comelec seeks review of pre-election surveys’ compliance with SC regulations

The survey was conducted from January 18 to 25, 2025 using face-to-face interviews on 2,400 representative adults 18 years old and above.
