Hindi naman.... Magbabago ba &#x27;yung ugali ko kung Christmas o hindi? Kung ayaw ko siya batiin kahapon na hindi Christmas, ayaw ko siya batiin ngayong Pasko. Gano&#x27;n kasi ako na tao e, ayaw ko batiin ang mga ayaw ko batiin,&quot; she said during an interview.</p><p>Throughout the year, Duterte and the Palace clashed on several issues stemming from supposed lack of accountability, funds misuse, and corruption allegations.</p><p>Duterte also has a comment on recent reports that Marcos will sign the Philippines’ P6.793-trillion budget for next year<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/12/24/marcos-to-sign-2026-budget-on-first-week-of-january-recto-1228"> in the “first week of January,”</a> about a week after the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) expires.</p><p>&quot;Hindi pwede, dapat December 31.... Before December 31 napirmahan na ang budget, otherwise magre-re-enact &#x27;yan kung hindi pirmado by December 31.&quot;</p><p>The vice president said that the December 2025 budget would be &quot;re-enacted&quot; if Marcos fails to sign the new national budget into law.</p><p>Earlier, Senate President Vicente &quot;Tito&quot; Sotto III said he <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/12/22/sotto-sees-no-problem-with-brief-reenacted-2026-national-budget-1709">doesn&#x27;t mind a few days of a re-enacted budget</a> in 2026, to allow the President to review the 2026 budget, which will be ratified by both chambers on Monday, December 29. </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>RODRIGO DUTERTE&#x27;S CHRISTMAS</strong></div><p>Duterte said her father former President Rodrigo Duterte had an &quot;okay&quot; Christmas, with Veronica “Kitty” Duterte visiting him.</p><p>The Duterte patriarch remains in detention at the ICC Detention Centre in Scheveningen Prison, The Hague, Netherlands — as he faces charges of crimes against humanity for his administration&#x27;s bloody war on drugs. </p><p>&quot;Okay naman, maraming araw na nagkausap kami ni dating pangulong Duterte. Masaya ako dahil nabigyan kami ng ganiyang pagkakataon. Malungkot lang dahil siya ay nasa detention, pero masaya ako dahil nabigyan kami ng ganyang pagkakataon mag-ama na mag one-on-one at 1 hour and 1/2 a day para mag-usap,&quot; she said.</p><p>The vice president said they cannot have a video call with her father, but a telephone call is allowed.</p><p>&quot;Bawal ang video call, pwede lang kami mag telephone call.
