MANILA — The Department of Public Works and Highways said Wednesday it would rehabilitate the entire stretch of EDSA in 2025.

“We will rehabilitate the entire EDSA starting 2025. Kasi sa ngayon, dumaan ka sa EDSA, kung minsan mahihirapan kang mag-text sa kakatalbog ng sasakyan, and I think we need to rehabilitate EDSA once and for all,” Bonoan said.
