BRP Cabra along with a PCG helicopter and PCG Caravan plane challenge the presence of  Chinese Coast Guard vessel CCG 5901 after the Philippine Coast Guard detected the presence of the vessel at 54 nautical miles off the coast of Capones Island, Zambales, using Canada&#x27;s Dark Vessel Detection (DVD) system on January 4, 2025.
