MANILA — Malacañang on Thursday welcomed the Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey which showed that 59% of adult Filipinos are satisfied with the Marcos Jr. administration, with a “good” net satisfaction rating of +36.

“We are particularly thankful for the encouraging results regarding our response to calamities and disasters, our delivery of basic education, and our efforts to uplift the poor and provide jobs to all workers. According to the results of an SWS survey in December, the government got the highest satisfaction ratings in assisting disaster victims, improving the quality of children’s education and in helping the poor, but negative ratings in keeping oil companies from taking advantage of price hikes and addressing graft and corruption.
