MANILA – Operatives from the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation (SAICT) have apprehended a lawmaker’s driver for using the EDSA Carousel, supposedly not the first time the driver did so.

According to SAICT, the driver used through the EDSA busway along Main Avenue last Jan. 23, 2025 and Sept. 26, 2024 – allegedly violating Republic Act 4136, also known as the Land Transportation and Traffic Code.
