MANILA -- The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) on Saturday said that the prime suspect in the killing of an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) — whose remains were found decomposing in Kuwait — has already confessed to authorities in the middle eastern country.

The victim, identified as Dafnie Nacalaban, was found buried in the backyard of the suspect in late 2024, after the sibling of the suspect reported the crime to Kuwaiti authorities.
