Marbil has placed former PNP Public Information Office Chief Police Brigadier General Jean Fajardo as the new Central Luzon Regional Commander (PRO3), replacing PBGen Redrico Maranan, who has been re - assigned as PNP Regional Director in Central Visayas (PRO7).

Former PNP Anti Kidnapping Group Director PBGen Roel Rodolfo was designated as Regional Director of the Zamboanga Region (PRO 9), replacing PBGen Bowen Masauding who was re-assigned as PNP's Deputy Director for Comptrolleship.
