Pinagbigyan na ito ng QuadComm at kami ay nagpapasalamat sa pahintuloy na ito,” Fortun said.</p><p>Fortun said the doctors would determine if Yang needs to be confined to the hospital.</p><p>The Senate panel that investigated POGOs tried to establish Yang&#x27;s ties to the expansive POGO network that served as alleged front for several illicit activities.</p><p>His younger brother was also tagged in the Pharmally scandal and was also said to be involved in POGOs.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>IMMIGRATION DENIES YANG’S MOTION FOR BAIL</strong></div><div><br/></div><p>The Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed during a clarificatory hearing on Friday that older Yang&#x27;s motion to post bail had already been denied.</p><p>Attorney Gilbert Repizo, Executive Chairman of the BI’s Board of Special Inquiry (BSI), said that the Office of the Commissioner returned the case folder to the BSI with remarks “for denial”.</p><p>“‘Tanging head ng office o si Commissioner Viado lamang ang merong final say. It was denied prior to this medical condition,” Repizo said.</p><p>The BSI granted Fortun’s request for 15 days to submit additional memorandum and other pertinent documents.</p><p>“Pinagbigyan namin ‘yung kahilingan na 15 araw para walang masabi na nanggigipit kami. We give them all the opportunity to contest charges,” Repizo said.</p><p>After the additional documents are submitted, a recommendation will be made, and a resolution will be issued based on the lawyer&#x27;s submission.</p>
