“Ito po ay constitutional right ng bawat akusado, kung saan sila ay dapat nakapag-participate sa level ng piskalya. Ayon sa mga documents na isinumite ng piskalya sa korte, wala nga hong patunay na sila ay nakatanggap ng complaint affidavit na ini-file namin sa kanila,” Labe told TeleRadyo Serbisyo.
“Ito po ay constitutional right ng bawat akusado, kung saan sila ay dapat nakapag-participate sa level ng piskalya. Naig was accused of persuading individuals to invest in a skin care company that is not authorized to solicit investments from the public, the Securities and Exchange Commission said.

She was detained at the Pasay City Jail on November 27 and was brought to the hospital last Friday for a medical evaluation.
