MANILA — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said Wednesday it found no records for “Kokoy Villamin”, a suspicious name that allegedly appeared on receipts that Vice President Sara Duterte’s office submitted to justify its confidential funds.

On Tuesday, the PSA said it found no birth, marriage, or death records for “Mary Grace Piattos”, another name that appeared in at least one receipt supposedly submitted by the OVP to the Commission on Audit to justify its 2022 confidential expenses.

Several lawmakers had offered to give P1 million in reward money for anyone who could help identify and lead to "Mary Grace Piattos,” as they suspected that the receipt was “bogus” and the signee a “fictitious” entity possibly named after a restaurant and a snack.
