“We're not taking things lightly on that part. Pero maganda rin po ‘yung maayos lahat ‘yung proseso, if ever. Kasi nga po, pag na-kumpleto ‘yan or may mga mag-submit pa, ang House will act on it. You have that guarantee, na hindi naman po kami ‘yung tipong inuupuan namin yung mga issues… the House will act on it promptly,” Ortega added.

“Depende sa anong nakalagay doon sa complaint. If it is in accordance with the findings of the Good Government committee, then maybe pwedeng pag-aralan natin ‘yun… I would submit to the wisdom ng komite. ‘Yung komite naman I’m sure pinag-aralan, pinag-isipan, bago sila gumawa ng isang committee report,” Barbers said, referring to the investigation of the House Committee of Good Government and Public Accountability into the P612.5 million confidential expenses of the offices led by the Vice President.
