Bianca Dava, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — The Armed Forces of the Philippines on Saturday called for Filipinos to stand together on Saturday, hours after Vice President Sara Duterte criticized President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos and House Speaker Martin Romualdez in a late-night online conference.</p><p>Duterte&#x27;s latest comments puts relations between the Marcos Jr. administration and Vice President Sara Duterte under more strain as she said the President could not &quot;control&quot; his cousin and his ambitions for the presidency.</p><p>The online comments came as a House panel investigating the use of confidential funds by the Office of the Vice President  and the Department of Education ordered Duterte&#x27;s chief of staff transferred to a correctional institute in Mandaluyong.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2024/11/23/vp-duterte-blocks-house-order-to-transfer-chief-of-staff-to-mandaluyong-0907">• VP Duterte blocks House order to transfer chief-of-staff to Mandaluyong</a></div><p>In a brief statement without reference to recent political developments, Gen.
