Handout</div>MANILA -- Hotel101 is expecting about P12.6 billion in sales revenue from its new Hotel101 Melbourne.In a statement, Hotel101 said it has signed definitive binding agreements to build Hotel101 Melbourne.Hotel101 Melbourne will be located along Flinders Lane in the heart of Melbourne&#x27;s central business district. It will have 766 rooms, meeting spaces, and a conference center for business functions.It will also have 4-star amenities like restaurants, a swimming pool, a gym, and a rooftop bar. It is expected to be completed by 2029.DoubleDragon Corporation owns Hotel101, which has branches in Pasay City and The Fort in Taguig. It will also soon open hotels in Cebu, Davao, Bohol, Boracay, and Libis in Quezon City.Hotel101 will also open soon in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/12/5/hotel101-tops-off-japan-hotel-1706" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hokkaido, Japan</a>; Los Angeles, California; <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/4/14/doubledragon-tops-up-hotel-in-madrid-eyes-december-completion-1532" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Madrid, Spain</a>; 4 locations in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/5/29/hotel101-enters-joint-venture-to-open-hotels-in-saudi-arabia-1126" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Saudi Arabia</a>; 2 locations in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/8/20/hotel101-to-open-2-hotels-in-cambodia-1545" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Cambodia</a>; and in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/12/1/hotel101-to-open-hotel-in-milan-italy-1300" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Milan, Italy</a>. DoubleDragon Corporation, the parent company of Hotel101, hopes the chain will have 1 million rooms in over 100 countries worldwide. DoubleDragon said it is so far on track towardsits goal of operating in 100 countries. The company has identified 25 priority markets, including the Philippines, Spain, US, UK, Japan, and several countries across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.DoubleDragon’s Hotel101 is the first Filipino-owned company to list on the US Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
