MANILA -- Some malls in the Philippines will be used as voting precincts for the 2025 midterm elections.

Mall voting to be used in midterm elections: Comelec

In a Facebook post, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls said Festive Walk Iloilo, Eastwood Mall Atrium, and Broadway Centrum will be used for voting.

Voting for senior citizens, persons with disability, and pregnant women runs from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m., while regular voting will run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Meanwhile, Robinsons Land said the following Robinsons malls will be used as polling precincts:

-Robinsons Magnolia
-Robinsons Manila
-Robinsons Metro East
-Robinsons Las Piñas
-Robinsons Malabon
-Robinsons Sta. Rosa
-Robinsons Angeles
-Robinsons Galleria Cebu
-Robinsons Iloilo
-Robinsons Jaro
-Robinsons Roxas
-Robinsons Dumaguete
-Robinsons CDO

These malls will be open as early as 7 a.m. on May 12, Robinsons Land said.

Meanwhile, Filipinos can vote in the following SM malls:

-SM City Manila
-SM City North EDSA
-SM City Fairview
-SM City Sucat
-SM City Bicutan
-SM City BF Parañaque
-SM City East Ortigas
-SM City Southmall
-SM City Cauayan
-SM City Baliwag
-SM City Tarlac

-SM City Consolacion
-SM CDO Uptown
-SM CDO Downtown
-SM City Butuan

In a post on its website, SM said senior citizens, persons with disability, and pregnant women can vote from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m., while the rest can vote from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) first allowed mall voting during the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.
