Among the programs it would offer include an organizational development workshop, a one-stop shop, a shared service facility, and a retail and coworking spaces, according to the DTI.

DTI added that iHub has set a goal of supporting 50 MSMEs and 50 to 75 startups in its first year, projecting significant growth to reach 500 to 750 startups and 500 MSMEs within a five-year timeframe.

This innovation hub will be operated by DTI’s National Development Company (NDC) and would also help address problems usually faced by small businesses in its early stages.
