In a statement, the PITX said it expects a steady climb in foot traffic leading up to Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, which are traditionally the busiest travel days.

The PITX said it is working with the Department of Transportation (DOTr), the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), the Land Transportation Office (LTO), and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to give passengers a safe and convenient journey.
