MANILA -- Primex Realty Corporation has signed a deal with Dusit International to manage its planned hotel in Greenhills.

In a statement, Primex Realty's parent company Primex Corporation said the latter has signing of a hotel management agreement with Dusit International to manage the future Dusit Greenhills Manila.

Dusit Greenhills Manila would be located on the the topmost 10 floors of the 50-story Primex Tower in Greenhills, which also houses offices and commercial spaces on its lower floors. 

The San Juan hotel will have 200 rooms and open around the end of 2026.

In October last year, Primex Realty confirmed that it has canceled the deal for a planned Pullman Manila hotel because of differences with its partner over design preferences.
