DOE Assistant Director Rodela Romero said the reduction is still due to the announcement of the Organization of the Petroleum-Exporting Countries (OPEC) to boost current oil supply in April 2025.

She added that the oil inventory of the United States also climbed,  further adding to the world supply.

Due to the continuous rollback, the net increase in diesel and gasoline shrinks to P2.85/L and P2.15/L respectively.

Kerosene already has a net rollback of P0.70/L.

Not yet considering the price adjustments tomorrow, diesel sells from P50-P64/L while gasoline retails at P51-P77/liter in Metro Manila.
