MANILA (UPDATE) -- Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) said its app and website were unavailable, while Metrobank said some users of its app and website may face some slowdown.

In a Facebook post, BPI said its team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. BPI posted the advisory at 2:22 p.m., but has yet to update it as of 5:48 p.m.
