For your concerns, you may reach us at our 24/7 GCash Help Center at www.help.gcash.com or our GCash customer service hotline at 2882 or (02) 7213-9999,&quot; it added. BPI, BDO and Landbank earlier advised their clients that they may run into a problem when sending money to their GCash accounts. Last week, the fintech company was also hit by an issue as customers reported unauthorized transactions over the weekend.
