<p>MANILA — Authorities warned of potential flooding as the La Mesa Dam in Quezon City breached its spilling level on Wednesday.</p><p>As of 9 a.m., the elevation of the La Mesa Dam was at 80.20 meters — above its overflow elevation or spilling level of 80.15 meters, PAGASA said.</p><p>The weather bureau said the water level could still rise due to moderate to occasionally heavy rains caused by the enhanced southwest monsoon. </p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/regions/2024/9/3/enteng-exits-ph-but-will-strengthen-southwest-monsoon-707" id="isPasted">READ: Enteng exits PH but will strengthen southwest monsoon</a></div><p>It warned of possible flooding in the low-lying areas along the Tullahan River from Quezon City (Fairview, Forest Hills Subd., Quirino Highway, Sta.
