Zia Alonto Adiong made the proposal after Ong finally answered lawmakers&#x27; queries and after she agreed to sign a waiver to open her bank accounts.  </p><p>For his part, Rep. Dan Fernandez said he was &quot;amazed&quot; that Ong provided information. </p><p>Mid-way during the hearing, he also urged her to sign a waiver for all her bank accounts so they would be able to scrutinize her transactions. </p><p>&quot;We are all amazed you can speak truly at now nagkakaroon ka ng apprehension. No, huwag kasi the trust is with you right now so ituloy mo lang, please,&quot; said Rep. Fernandez. </p><p>In a chance interview, lawyer Ferdinand Topacio, Ong&#x27;s legal counsel, said he advised her to sign the bank waiver. </p><p>&quot;Ako na mismo ang nag-fill in the blanks… kasi may form na waiver na naman ang quad comm… sinupply namin ang bank account. Yun lang ang ginawa namin,&quot; said Topacio. </p><p>Rep. Bienvenido Abante said Ong&#x27;s testimony was substantive. </p><p>&quot;I think that she opened up.
