The weather bureau said water from La Mesa Dam is expected to affect low-lying areas along Tullahan River from Quezon City including Fairview, Forest Hills Subdivision, Quirino Highway, Santa Quiteria and San Bartolome. Barangay Ligon, North Expressway and La Huerta Subdivision in Valenzuela, and Malabon will also be affected by the dam's release.
