Former Marine Col. Ariel Querubin takes the challenge of his fellow ex-soldiers to do push-ups during a gathering of former military officials and supporters at the Kalayaan Hall of Club Filipino in San Juan City on Monday, after he signified his intention to run for the 2025 senatorial elections. Querubin is a veteran of several military campaigns as a Philippine Marine Corps officer and a recipient of the Medal of Valor — the Philippines' highest military award for courage.
